Our contact lens fulfillment works in four steps
Step 1: You or your customer place an order through our Partner API or Partner Order Portal.
Step 2: The verification team confirms and releases your order to one of our three distribution centers.
Step 3: The distribution center prints the order label, then picks, packs, and ships your order for delivery.
Step 4: You or your customer receive the order within 3-5 business days.
Luna’s Contact Lens Fulfillment can integrate with your online store through our Partner API. You can also use our Partner Order Portal to place in-store orders manually.
